Profiling a customer as a criminal

On the 18th of May 2013 at 14:18, a friend and I bought a couple of things that amounted to R138, 28. We had every intension of buying not and yet when we left the till past the security guard he aggressively commented on how the gesture of having my hands in my pockets was suspicious. Mind you there are working sensors in the store and we had already paid for our goods. This behaviour from this male security guard was demeaning and belittling. He completely profiled me as a young black woman. I pointed out to him that the sensors would indicate if I had something. He then went on to say that it is his preference that people don't walk out of the store with their hands in their pockets. I want to know where in your policy does it state that such behaviour is acceptable? I feel completely humiliated and I request an apology from this man. He was disrespectful to me as a citizen. As a loyal customer of Clicks I am very disappointed.
