Poor pricing and bad attitude

I have repeatedly seen that the pricing at the CNA branch in Blairgowrie, at the Blairgowrie Plaza, is inconsistent. Today I bought 2 DVD-RW's - there were 3 on the shelf: one marked at R12.00, one at R9-95 and the other at R9-00. When I questioned it at the pay point the teller initially gave me a very poor response, scanning it and insisting that the price is R12-00. I insisted that as the customer I should rightfully pay the marked price (ie R9, 00 and R9-95). The (I presume?) acting manager - he had no identification - intervened and gave me the products at the reduced prices. Yesterday my sister had a similar incident. She purchased a plastic envelope priced at R28-00. She questioned the high price, the item was scanned and it came up as R8, 00?! On another occasion altogether I have seen that identical items have been priced differently, sometimes with large differences in price. I have also noticed that their stockroom is visibly untidy and that their shelves in the shop are often a mess. This shop does not have a high enough foot count to warrant untidy shelves and NO shop should display incorrect pricing. Customers here are being ripped off, clearly!
