I purchased allot of items from Hirsches namely a fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, extractor, stove and and oven. I bought the items even though it took me a long time to actually get service until Ronnie Mkasi helped me. When it came time for delivery Ronnie informed me the washing machine I ordered was discontinued by Samsung so we changed it to a smaller model which would mean I would need a refund of /-R1800.00.
I went in to the store to get my refund and was told by Malcolm Chetty to write my details on a piece of paper and head office would pay me back. I am still WAITING!
What poor service, I bought allot of stuff from them and this was the first time I had ever purchased anything from Hirsches and even bought a loyalty card. How ever if this is how my first experience with Hirsches is why would I want to ever buy anything from them again? I am sure my details are probably gone and they haven't even bothered to sort this out. Its been more than three weeks already.
