I would like to compliment the customer service received from Ugen Kisten at PAKO. I sent a message through via their website about a products quality not being good. Ugen responded timeously and asked for batch details etc and within a few weeks a replacement of the product was sent through to me in Johannesburg with additional items. I was very impressed at the way in which my query was dealt with, there was constant feedback. If all companies in SA could have such good customer service it would be great. Compliments to PAKO!
