A few weeks ago I bought a 1 kg Ellis Brown coffee creamer refill pack that I had only tried twice before. I had used Cremora satisfactorily for a very long time. I tried the Ellis Brown one a few times and found it equally good but the third time I bought a box I found one of the refill bags sealed incompletely resulting in creamer all over the kitchen as soon as I took out the refill bag (a very sticky mess!). I brought the faulty bag back to Shoprite Ficksburg who satisfactorily resolved the issue, also promising to let Ellis Brown know about the faulty packaging so they could correct their production system.
