Mortein diffuser refills out of stock

I purchased a Target Mortein Naturgaurd indoor diffuser unit at Checkers, Marua Mall, Windhoek. It has a refill can inside and sprays every 15 minutes. After about 30 days the refill can has to be replaced. When I purchased the unit the necessary refills were available in the shop I now need a refill but there is no refills available and Checkers has all sort of excuses as to why they cannot supply them to me. I am now in the position where I have paid for the diffuser but it is of no use to me without the necessary refill. I think this is an excellent example of poor service.
