I went to checkers nicolway specifically to only purchase stuff that was on promotion. They didn't have stock of Jacobs coffee however the team member said he thinks the truck might have arrived and went to the back and got me one.
The lifebouy refill was unavailable for the promotion Buy the hand wash and refill for 29. First they said they would give me a Rain check, thereafter when I got to the cashier/person responsible for giving the document, they gave me another main item as a substitute for the refill, this was brilliant. Something customers would expect from a retailer due to their instock issues.
I came into contact with at least 6 staff members and they were all friendly and helpful.
