As i been unemployed for a while A consultant phoned me and i explained to her that i am unemployed and she made a note on the system..as soon as i got a job i made payment ever month on my account, and big payments as well..a few days ago i applied for an account where i have been declined..i requested a credit report from trans union to see that truworths has put a default on my name..i haven't been notified that this would have hap pend, and since my knowledge you have to be before they can do something like that..I'm very disappointed because i have always been paying my account and loosing a job is beyond my control.if nothing gets from this i will take this matter further as i tried to contact truworths, i they transfer to the person and my call always gets disconnected..
