Best service I've probably ever had

I shopped with PC Direct because they are the only local company I know that accepts payment via PayPal, and I had a cash balance that I needed to use. I checked stock earlier in the week, but when I eventually ordered and paid on the weekend, it turned out that the stock had sold out. This was a problem because the one ordered item was a birthday present for my daughter whose birthday was a mere 4 days later, and the second item was a camera that was to be used to photograph said birthday.

Although their usual practice is get out-of-stock items 5-7 working days later, they communicated with me swiftly and regularly to offer either a refund, or their help in finding a different product that would suit me. The out-of-stock item was the best fit, so they arranged to have the original out-of-stock item specially shipped to reach me within 48 hours.

They went the extra mile and then some, and more to the point, they kept me continually informed of what they were doing, how long it would take, and when it was done. It has been a life-affirming piece of business. Please reward good service and use this company.
