I am so disappointed at the poor quality of a product that I purchased from a home mark store in Centurion. I bought an invisible bra 2weeks prior to a special occasion that I had planned to wear it. The plastic tape that binds the cups together had snapped and the response I get from the customer service division was rather abrupt and completely alarming. There was no effort in trying to rectify the matter or even find a solution to try to fix the damaged piece but rather a rude woman who obnoxiously reiterated that they can't help me in any way and that she was just following the company policy! This is surely the last time I bought anything from a home mark store, the after service is pathetic and I would advise people to be weary of the quality of goods they stock!
