Damaged pants, returned fixed

Hi, i wrote a complain earlier this year, march i think abut the similar complain. it is sad to report that im still unhappy with this store. the pants that i returned, were returned back to me, claiming that they have fixed the problem. well im not that cheap. i want my money back or they will never hear the end of it.
