Went in store on Wednesday to purchase the Davines shampoo. A recommendation was made for to use a colour treated shampoo however I've never coloured my hair ever before. Went home and what a horrible experience, the shampoo didn't form and my hair tangled soooo badly. Called the the next day and spoke to Natasha, she asked me to come in for a consult and bring my shampoo with. Just got back from my consult, they (Natasha and 3 others) told me exactly what shampoo to use and what hair I had and they swapped my shampoo at no charge with no fuss for me! Now that's service with a smile!
