SHOCKING SERVICE

Hi,

I logged a request through there website for a product I am seeking and got a reference number which is 280443 well that's the only response I got. To date still nothing no call or email back to me. I requested this on 6th May 2013 and then sent a further email to follow up again still no response!

SHOCKING SERVICE and on there automated reply they mention customer service etc no such thing there!
