Reversal of overpayment

I accidentally paid two amounts into my Woolworths Credit Card: the first completely settling my debt owning, and the second was supposed to go into my FNB card. This all occurred on the 13th of September. As this was a Friday, I was only able to notify Woolworths of my mistake on the 16th. I have been battling ever since to get my second payment reversed. I cannot understand why this is so difficult - surely they could see the second amount was clearly exceeding what I owed them - especially as I have proof of payment printouts/pdfs from ABSA proving that I paid those amounts in on that date into my card. I tried to contact Ursera in the Finance department whom I was told was working on the matter. They could not put me through to her @ 9:00 this morning, she was on her 'tea break'!!! After then, each time I try and phone, she is either 'out', unavailable, or cannot be found. I've been phoning, emailing and worrying for almost 2 months now!! Can I please have my money back!
