DEBITED MONEY TWICE 7 STILL NO REFUND

I'm not one for public complaints such as this, and have been very calm throughout my dealings with Checkers throughout this ordeal. However the fact the issue has still to be resolved has left me incredible frustrated

I went to Checkers last Wednesday to pay my DSTV. I paid it, received my SMS from my bank stating the money had gone out of my account and then their system failed. I was told by the cashier she had to do it again. I said to her that I'd got the sms and the money had come out of my account. She assured me it wouldn't come out twice. She did the payment again and lo and behold the money came out again

I called my bank to double check if the money had come out twice. They confirmed that it had. I then went back to Checkers and explained to the manager on duty at the time that the money had been taken out twice. She said she couldn't do anything at that time, she would arrange it the following morning

I received a call the following afternoon claiming the money would be transferred back immediately. I am STILL waiting for my to be refunded into my account. 3 days after they said it had been taken care of. This is beginning to get ridiculous & is incredibly frustrating
