I ordered a Bedding in March and I was promised it will be delivered in April because there was no stock which I totally understood. Last month they delivered the wrong package which they were quick to come and collect but when I ask about my package they give me countless responses, the recent one being "someone has collected on your behalf". I have also been promised to be contacted back twice regarding my issue but no one ever contact me. I'm really disappointed with Home Choice.
