I recently bought a Mig Welder from Adendorf, the Boksburg branch - (Late December or Early January), since then the machine has been repaired 4 times, with little or no effect, the Mig Welder is still under warranty, every time the machine goes in for repair we at a stand still and cannot proceed with any work until we receive the machine again and then works for a few days before it goes back into repair again and again, the Branch manager at the Boksburg Branch says that the machine has to go in for repairs, the machine needs to either be swapped for a new machine, or the purchase of the machine needs to be refunded to me so that i can take my business to a supplier that can offer a decent after sales service.
We are a auto body repairer we basically need the welder daily as we constantly welding panels together, we also have branches nationally and spent a large amount of money with Adendorff only to receive terrible after service, we as a business or Franchise will gladly move over our business to a supplier that can deliver products of a decent standard and offer an after sales service.
