I have been battling with Samsung for a while now because the washing machine did not have a tub clean as advertised. Well they promised the earth until I gave them proof of purchase. Anyway HiFi Corporation has taken it upon themselves to assist me. My husband has cancer and its so hard for him to pick heavy things up so they are coming out of their way to collect the machine and drop off the new one. Thank you Praneel I really appreciate what you have done for us. Now I can see why Lance insists on purchasing all our appliances with you guys. bless.
