Selling faulty goods

I bought a ps3 from your sale as a gift for my younger brother. When it arrived I immediately knew that there was a problem as the box looked terrible and the sticker had been torn. I contacted your call centre who directed me to your head office. I asked them what was going on and if these are demo/refurbished units. She claimed that they are brand new and that they were only opened to check that all is in order before sending them. The box was opened this morning and we see there are two power cables and NO REMOTE, we also found a lovely fault report claiming it was DOA in 2012. What exactly are you selling to the public? I am highly irate as not only did I receive a faulty product with missing items, but also the fact that your head office to me about opening and checking the items and that the products being brand new. I will definitely not be shopping at or recommending IC again.
