Faulty Store Demo TV without notification

I bought a flatscreen TV as a xmas present, and when we opened the box to put the thing to work we found out that it was faulty. Took it back the next day, they didn't have any stock so they ordered a tv from another store. We had to call them to find out when it will be delivered. We received it 7days later. Very bad customer service. Then we received the NEW TV and it was sealed like a band new tv, then we discovered that the one thay gave us had been a Store Demo without our permission or knowledge thereof.
The new TV had been sealed with all the plastic and stikers, and setup menu, not like the one we were given the first time.
Everything was included in the brand new box.
