DAMAGED GOODS RECEIVED ON THE 8TH FEB 2013@13h10

Hi i have place an order in DEC and it was missing. I have been contacting callcntre to track the order and i kept on witting emails as well and i was contacted once by one of the consultants. Yesterday i called again and ask them about the goods. They said they will check and come back to me by Friday 8 Feb 2013.The goods arrived in a very bad condition box was opened and resealed again, some of the goods were and WHAT Idid is taking pic of the box before i opened it and ask a colleague to take pics while opening the box and i showed the items that were in the box. The value of the goods=R638.00 of which i don't expect JUSTINE to ask me to pay those goods as i have sent a proof of what i have received today@13h10 at A.C.NIELSEN PARK OFFICE. i have tried to call again but unfortunately the call centre is closed and will be opened on Monday the 11th feb 2013.

HOPEFULLY THIS WILL BE CONSIDERED AND MY ACCOUNT WILL BE CREDITED AND IF NOT IWILL HAVE TO INVOLVE MEDIA AS WELL AND THE POLICE.
