I A.N Gcali started using their services from 2009, and have been religiously paying my monthly installments till date. On the 24th of April 2013, my Toyota Hilux (reg. XZS 255 GP) got at the launch of Makro in Alberton. I called them at about 12:00pm noon but they could not help me, claiming they "lost track" of the car. They keep ignoring my calls and they never come back to me with anything after they had promised they would. I feel disheartened by their poor customer service since it seems as though my loss meant nothing to them. How can you help me in this regard?
