Bad Service from ADT

I have had two frustrating dealings with ADT in the last month.

Firstly their Technical people-after booking a call with them just before the long weekend-they did not pitch as promised and they did not call to apologise either. I had to follow up with them myself after the long weekend to initiate a response.

Secondly, after paying them for their service on the 15 April via EFT-they took this amount off for a second time on the 19th from my cheque account -(without my permission) and i have been in contact with them several times now to get this money back. I get no responses from their Finance Manager (Alida Potgieter) and get stonewalled by their frontline staff - who I might add do not even know who the CEO is of the company- the whole time. I have called three times this morning and have had the call disconnected every single time. How do companies still get away with service like this.
