We have been having the same issue. my hubby had brain surgery in 2009. i cancelled insurance. we were covtacted and harassed from then for payments. we payed the1400 they asked us to. at the start of 2012 we got a call that we have an outstanding amount. i called in and told the guy to look at his system. he was supposed to call me back. almost a year laterwe get a call and an email claiming a balance. im so tired of them now.
