We had faulty CCTV Screens that needed to go in for repairs. We required a quote.
After about 2-3 months of us complaining that we still did not have a quote or the screens, we hello petered ADT. We go a reponse that everything would be sorted out. Suddenly the CCTV camera's were ready and delivered to our house when our domestic was there. They invoiced me about /-R1800 for the repair. I complaint and stated that they never quoted me and refused to pay the full amount. I have been emailing ADT stating this and have been told everytime that it will be sorted out.
