Phoned in where the reception lady sounds asleep and just transfer people and not telling them!!! She is the face of the company!!! Spoke to a guy in technical department and asked for an accident report where he told me I'm not following procedure. I'm the CUSTOMER and he must actually say i will be GLAD to assist you!! So disgusted with the service!!
