I recently cancelled our Netstar on our car and then the car started having problems whereby it would not start and had to be jumped started to get it to do anything. A service later at a garage I was told that they car's electronics where being interferred by the Netstar equipment. I was not informed that to remove the equipment would be of my own cost! I have sent a mail to them and received a mail back to say someone in management would contact me but I am still waiting. This is a very poor reflection on this company and I am not impressed!
