BAd Attitude and lack of service

Call the call centre 28th of March 2013, was referred to sales Clinton Moodley to meet on 30th March. He re-arrange for a day to suits him which I accommodated 4th April 2013 at 7:30pm evening. He never explain nothing fill in the forms and told me some from the call centre will contact me next two day to explain everything to us Its now over 2 weeks no one has called us or explained of even came over or did testing disgusting sales person inefficient ADT services. Call the call centre 12th of April regards to service that I did not received I spoke to was Miely had me on hold over 20minutes receiver no services just had me on hold. The 2nd time I called spoke to Tembie who also took my details put on hold over 25 minutes. This the service we customer receive from ADT yet we relay on your service to protect us our belongings. Today again I calling the sales person Clinton Moodley no answer from the sales person the call centre made me hold over 15minutes this time I redirect for new service spoke to call centre agent that put me through to Tembiso that told me that this service was to be up and running long time ago he email to his manager Wayne Walky I want to no from ADT Managemen
