Every weekend when we lock and arm our premises, we do not get the notification of the closing. When checking with ADT we are told that no closing has come through. Most times I will drive all the way back to work only to find that the premises are armed. When I query it with ADT they tell me it is my telephone line at fault. As this always happens after hours, the control room tells me that they will get Technical to contact me. Today the same thing happened. I was transferred to technical and held on for 7 minutes without my call being answered. I ended the call and phoned the control room and asked that they get technical to phone me because if I go out to the premises and my property is armed, they will be charged for my expenses. So funny that within minutes my closing signals come through on the cellphone. The service from ADT has really deteriorated in the last 12 months. SHOCKING!!!
