Trying to sort out ADT billing

I live and work for long periods outside of South Africa, currently in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. I had a short break during after the Easter and saw a letter/bill from ADT Security which stated that I was two months behind on my payments. This was strange because always I pay my bill for a year (in advance) for a year, every year for the last six or seven years.

Not wanting a service interruption I tried to contact them before I had to leave for Tanzania on 4 April. I called about 8 times, I went through their whole options list, I listened to their music and waited... A LONG TIME, I tried option where "they would call me back". The phone would ring... ONCE... ONLY... then dead (NOT REALLY A CALL BACK!!! This happened three or four times. At this stage... I was tired of listening to their music... I definitely DID NOT FLY to SA to listen to their beautiful music, especially since it was THEIR -UP..

Seeing my frustration my sister called them after I left, armed with the transaction number of the EFT and the date of my yearly payment... they said that she can't report it for me.

ADT... JUST LISTEN to her CHECK THE ACCOUNT or do I HAVE TO CALL FROM TANZANIA???
