CPS Tanzania required an urgent container of 9mm gypsum boards which we agreed to supply. As it was nearing the Chinese Lunar Year holidays, he begged us to process the order whilst preparing the deposit payment. Upon good faith and due to our history with CPS, we released the cargo and to date have not been paid at all. Excuses of the incorrect brand name (which was never requested), quality, followed as reasons not to pay but all the stock was sold from their warehouse as per their staff confirmation. DO NOT DEAL with this company unless you have been paid upfront and in full or you will never see your money. A legal route is now on the cards as there is no other way around this.
