As far as I was aware, the national consumer act allows for cold calling between 18H00 and 19H00 only. Despite this I had a call at 20H00 last night (Friday night). The sales person was most indignant when I told her it was against the law, to call me at that time. Previously I have received similar calls when I was a customer of ADT, which I am no longer. In addition, I have listed my details on the consumer council web site disallowing any such sales calls. ADT need to be brought to book. Please stop these calls!!
