My daughter drives a Honda supposedly protected by a Matrix system, which stopped working. She was told the system was too old to fix and needs replacement, but as the contract holder I had to give written consent. I was away on leave and as soon as I returned I filled in and returned the written consent form and have had no response in 5 days. My daughter has tried at least two daily calls to Ms/Mr Nkuna who never answers his phone. I am of course still paying the monthly fee and living in Joburg puts my daughter at daily risk from hijack or breakdown. As usual they are happy to take your money but what happened to service delivery.
