Very disappointed in responses to recent incidents in my area. cars were broken into (2 cars in as many weeks) and this morning all the lights in the front of my house was, ripped out of the walls.
When we requested for a vehicle to be stationed in our area we were told by a Mohamed that for marketing purpose the vehicles are stationed at Fresh stop. Surely parking in Turfhall Rd would provide better marketing exposure???!!! This is a main that has lots of traffic.
It is unacceptable that after numerous incidents that your comapny has done very little to deter incidents in the area other than do a few patrols for a couple of days after the event and then nothing. Since signing up with Sniper I have accepted all price increases that you have instituted and never missed a payment yet due to your companies lack of action I am still a victim of petty crime. This is grounds to report you to the consumer council based on the Consumer protection act. This is not the route i would like to go but you are putting me and my family at risk and i cannnot and will not accept this.
