I was distributing flyers for my new business in Kristal & Toermalyn st Randhart when 3 guys from Fox came, intimidated me and my staff on a public road. They were plain rude. Although I explain to them that anyone had the right to travel on a public road. I also phoned Fox, but they just carried on, even after I reported it to Fox Security. During the incident I phoned Geoff form our local police forum and explained it to him. Geoff advised that they are legally not allowed to intimidate me.
When I wanted to leave the area the patrol guard who started the intimidation refuse to open the gate for me.
In accordance with the city council's Security Access Policy at least one gate or boom into the area must be permanently open (24-hour unrestricted), either manned or left open, with full, free and unhindered vehicular and pedestrian access at all times to the public."
