Good Day,
Yesterday I had problems with my DID and tracker system, which I had been experiencing for a long time. When I phoned into the customer care line, they told me my unit was faulty and would have to come in to be checked. My unit was not under warranty anymore, I was quite upset about this as I had phoned previously (twice) when it was under warranty and the call centre agent said that they will register it and that was the problem. As you can imagine I was highly irate with the entire situation. I phoned numerous numbers and got through to Duppie, your Operations manager. I explained the problem to Duppie and he said he would look into it and check the settings. Not only did he phone me to keep me up to date on how he was resolving the problem, he went out of his way to assist me. In a country where customer service is non-existent, it was so refreshing to have found someone who would assist me and go out of his way to ease my heart! By the afternoon the problem was resolved and the unit and the DID are working perfectly!! I would just like to make sure the appropriate person is made aware of their amazing employee.
