ABSOLUTE POOR POOR COMMUNICATON AND SERVICE

On thursday I contact Netstar for addition of Vehicle. Do the whole contract everything. Me Notsi and the lady from Nelspruit on the line. she says she will get back to me. On Sunday I get the sms to remind me installation on monday 4 March 2013. I go and do all necessary arrangements. Chnage plane tickets, make sure vehicle is is ready etc.
Today, 4/3/13, at 13:00 no Sign of Netstar. I call Nelspruit branch and Ronel try to resolve, because she says it is suppose to be thursday 7th. Then she calls back they cannot help me. Then speaking to manager she calls head office where Notsi calls me back and put me on hold for 30 minutes. it is 15:17 and no resolution.

All they can say is I apolgise!! pathetic and I have to suffer the consequansec

The cost to change a flight ticket is $500.00, I stand the risk that my insurance will not cover the vehicle if and the insurance premium of R300.

I want this money credit to my my accoount immediately!!!
