I'm writing to inform you that I had a negative experience with one of the ADT Security staff at your JHB location on February 20. My reference number is 17866488, and the person who is handling my query is Kuben Moodley.
First of all, I recognize that you, as the reader of this complaint, are not responsible for my bad experience, but I am still upset about the situation.
I phoned the ADT Security Call Centre 2 weeks ago to complain about the SMS I keep on receiving regarding the outstanding amount of more than R 400.00 for a call out charge. I remember vividly when I phoned ADT late 2012 advising them that when I bought the house that I'm currently occupying; the technician that was sent to my house to do a radio link on my ADT alarm system realised that the motherboard had been struck by lightning, therefore ADT needs to install a new one for me as a new customer because it is not advisable that I take over the system that is damaged because it will cause more problems.
