A call was booked for 31 January and no-one arrived. I called and was advised that they would call me back by close of business on Friday 01 Feb. No call came. No apologies, no records on my profile. I called today and was kept on hold for a total of 20 minutes. They informed me that I would have to pay a callout fee despite the unit being under guarantee. The left hand knows not what the right hand is doing at ADT. Getting to talk to them is like trying to make an appointment with. And then they still make the assumption that the client is at fault. They are just too big for their boots and need some heavy competition. I am totally disenchanted with their so called 'service'.
