In spite of leaving numerous calls with the call centre my matters remains unresolved. A Mr Hood has yet to return my calls. I have had to deal with unprofessional call centre agents who offer little other than excuses.
Feel free to listen to me begging at having my matter escalated and how I have been told that "one is available' and that I am not permitted to speak to the managers.
So for now again I should like to mention that I was left with an invoice for work done my home last week that was not done!
I have been billed for many false alarms and as such I have ordered a technical review. They claim it was sorted, but Saturday last I had another one.
Finally, I have mailed the call directly and have left messages for Sandiselwe Mazibuko
