No response after 24 hours

My neighbours and the police informed me yesterday of the of my gas bottles. The gas cage had been damaged and the 2 gas bottles have been. I phoned MSec and asked that a response officer be sent to investigate the damage and report back to me. I'm still waiting.
I have sent an email this morning, it had been read, but nobody responded or contacted me.
