I have been trying for months to have my alarm system upgraded and working, I have made several calls and sent several mails but no replies even after speaking to people. I recently received 2 calls to come over to do some work during business hours which i'm not available. I did make myself available and noone pitched. I received another call and said i want to speak to a manager before we discuss anything, still no call and then on Wednesday evening i get a call stating i now owe R 569 for my bill i didnt pay in June2012.9months later i receive a call and my account is not paid by myself but instead my account is debited. I'm tired of the pathetic service i'm receiving from ADT.i've asked for my services to be disconnected and billing cancelled January 2012 and this was not done. I want to know when does the service that i'm paying for start getting delivered and a client start being attended to.
