I own four vehicles of which three have Tracker units in them. For the past two months, I have been trying to query an account and also remove one of my vehicles from Tracker as I have sold it. No one responds to my emails, except to acknowledge that I sent an email and I cannot get hold of someone who is able to help me telephonically. I just tried now again, in vain, and had the phone disconnected, yet again. For goodness sake, you take my money every month, why won't you take and handle my call? I was subject to an annual increase not even two months after joining and was also not answered on this question when I emailed your accounts department. HOW ON EARTH ARE YOU GOING TO HELP ME SHOULD ONE OF MY VEHICLES BE? Your service is pathetic. I will be cancelling my debit orders and signing up with Netstar this week. Go find someone else to annoy.
