Cancellation of Contract - Non Delivery

On 15/3/2013, I signed a contract to purchase a Nissan Navara, 2006 Model, from Delta Autoland in Silverton. To date I have yet not received this vehicle & twant to cancel this contract due to non-delivery. On 22/3/13, I was supposed to collect the vehicle. After two weeks, I was informed that there was a problem with the sensors of the ABS brakes so the vehicle was still at Nissan. Everytime I called about the vehicle there was a different story as to what was wrong with it. I collected the Navara on 5/4/13. After driving it for 10 minutes I notified Delta Autoland that something was wrong with it. It had no power & was blowing black smoke out of the exhaust. I returned the vehicle on 6/4/13. On the 16/4/13, I requested that the contract be cancelled. My request was refused & I was told the vehicle would be fixed by 26/4/13. I have been in contact with Standard Bank Motor Finance & in order to have this contract cancelled I require a written, signed statement from Delta Autoland stating all the above. This they have refused to give me. On 2 May 2013, I once again visited the dealership to discuss my vehicle. I was told my vehicle was not yet repaired. Cancellation denied.
