Poor workmanship and damaged wall

Requested ADT to provide quote for work - came to me on 17 Dec 2013. Installers were apparently fully booked until 10 Jan 2014. So we waited. On 10 Jan 2014, installer arrives and says work has to be done on Friday and Monday. We tell him, no, nobody is at home anymore from Monday as our leave is over. It took them 4 days to finally complete the install. During the install, the contractor damaged one of my external walls with a 5cm ditch that he created with a drill machine, simply filled it up with painters mate, not even, which is now falling out of the hole. After a week of waiting for the sales agent to respond to my email to him, he said he will immediately ask a senior technician to attend to my problem. Its been 3 days of waiting already.

I am unable to get hold of the sales agent (Larry Bullock), the contractor wants me to sign off the job so that he can get paid (I am refusing and luckily I still have the other 50% of the funds which I am now going to use to repair the damages).

Please can someone senior at ADT respond to my issue.
