I am writing this on behalf of my mother. she made a claim via her broker Anton Louw, re a business interruption claim. policy # 756467-1. on several occasions my mother called her broker anton louw, but he is not returning her calls, re this matter.??? bad service and we do not want to have a broker like this. we now get a reply that claim will not be paid out. again my mom has been trying to contact anton re this. i called your customer services on 3rd dec and they mentioned that charles will get back to me, of which he has not. again bad customer service. on 3rd dec i also phoned anton louw, the broker, and left a message, as such he has not replied to my call or message. please can you advise why anton louw is not returning my mother's calls, or my call? please advise why charles has not yet attended to this matter.
