DISGUSTED BY POOR SERVICE FROM ADT

ADT service is shockingly poor. I attempted to camcel my service in July and after several attempts and emails there was no response. Eventually i got a hold of Louise Mileham who vowed to process my cancellation. Needed to give 30 days notice so service was promised to be cancelled by end Aug.
I mailed ADT and Louise Mileham on several occassions before end Aug to confirm that all was in order and that my account would not be debited... this was confirmed. End of Aug, surprise, surprise my account is debited. I immediately contacted Louise who guarenteed me this was her error and she will rectify... well 2-3 months ongoing with promises each week of rectifying issue with no joy. I have since got the name and extension of the supervisor, Dorothy Mann, but this is also fruitless as when i call the call centre and get through to her i wait endlessly with no response.

The time i have spent following up on this refund probably has cost me more than the refund amount, but right is right and ADT needs to do the right thing. The staff are either extremely incompetent or it's a game ADT plays not to cancel or refund customers.
