When ever i call ADT i get hold off a switchboard, i have even selected the emergency option and still i wait the same time to be assisted. I never get hold of a person. Used the call back facility and im still waiting. In some cases my alarm goes off and they dont even call. I am really considering changing my armed reaction but who can i use?
