Further to my post in November last year I was contacted by an ADT service manager and have since been credited for labour of removing the two outside beams - HOWEVER, we are YET to receive a credit for the beams that were removed and we are YET to receive the promised follow up e-mail to inform us the outcome of the promised investigation into why we received such bad service. Is business at ADT in such excess that service delivery is unheard of?
