In 2013 I tried several times to track my vehicles on the internet but every time the system gives me the wrong location. On many occasions the "system" was not available! On top of that my monthly fee went from R389 to R565 for no reason. I called the call center 4 times and every time they promised to correct it but no result. The last time I phoned the call center they told me Rajan manages my account and he will contact me. It's been more than a week and I have not heard from him.
